We try to describe articles for sale as accurately as possible with images and measurements; we want you to be content with your purchase! Please email us for more details you need.
Please return items to us unworn and unused in the original box, and obtain proof of posting. If we do not receive your return, we cannot refund it!
If goods are returned because they are faulty, your shipping costs will also be refunded.
NOTE: some customers who have returned items to us have sent back very expensive jewellery by first class mail! For your own protection, please use appropriate postal methods when you return items. Neither First Class mail or Recorded Delivery gives you compensation on jewellery items if that item is lost or broken in the post. Taj Arts cannot be held responsible for items lost by postal services, and will not be able to refund your purchase unless it is received by us.
Your jewellery will be dispatched within 48 hours of order excluding weekends and public holidays.
If we appear to be overpriced on any item, please tell us! We try to keep prices as low as we can but cannot be aware of all competitors prices. We will endeavour to beat other sellers prices where possible; please let us know where you saw the price advertised.
